I think this is very misguided. I don’t use business cards but my name is sufficiently unique. When I meet people on my road trips and they want to find my blog, I tell them to do a web search on my name. Blocking the search bots means my website never gets indexed and never gets found. And doing this is extra work that does not guarantee a result.
Why are so many people trying to break the web?
